Have you ever felt a pulsating sensation in the middle of your forehead? Have you ever felt buzzing or tingling? This is your third eye. Many people don’t realize that the chakras are very much connected. So even when your third eye is activating, you may feel it in your crown chakra instead. You may feel some pressure on the top of your head, as well as feeling like there’s something just sitting in the center of your forehead, on your face. That is revealing to you, that your third eye is a bit overactive or it is just starting to open, either or. It is a pretty amazing but also risky thing, do you have your third eye open. You are now activating one of the antennas of your spiritual body. Every spiritual center acts like an antenna of sorts, but the true antennas are the third eye and your crown chakra. Your crown has to be open, to understand anything that the third eye has to reveal. And vice versa. One cannot work well without the other. Sometimes when you open up these spiritual places within yourself, because they are so directly related to the soul more so than any other spiritual centers, you were opening yourself up to others trying to tap into you. And that means through remove viewing or channeling.
That is why it is very dangerous, because not only do others I could humans have the ability to read into you much more so, but so do you spirits. If a human is really good at being psychic, they can actually view everything that you are doing through your own eyes. That is what I do when I am doing readings. More so for past life readings though, because I would never want to invade anybody’s privacy presently without their permission. A good way to practice would be to follow the exercises.
1. Say love, but emphasize the “La” on the roof of your mouth, speaking it out very long like the laaaaaaaa-vvvvvvve.
2. You can also use “Lou” with emphasis on the “L” and “OO”.
3. Yah can also be chatty but you will have to keep the “ah” deep in the back of the throat pushing the sound upward.
If your third eye is closed, you are have a lot of headaches, and for certain that could be a reason as well as many others, for energy dreams. If you have any of your chakras that are close, it will cause the others to overwork themselves, resulting in too much energy leakage. Which is why some people have anxiety or are overly sexual at times. Their root or their solar may be overly active, and that can lead to other feelings being brought up as a result. I know a lot of people that have an unbalanced root chakra are really sexual and it becomes a problem for them. There are a number of symptoms for each unbalanced spiritual center. But if the third eye is open but in balance, they will experience paranoia for sure. This is because they will not trust anything that is coming in, and it could lead them to make their own assumptions or even into places are self deception as a result. They will think they are picking up on one thing when it is actually another, leading to distorted conclusion.
Good Luck with your third eye exercises. These are also very good for the crown chakra as well. Will know if it is working if you start seeing more spots of lights floating around in the air around you, more so wait, if you have a grid of mine you may see a lot of indigo, greens and lavender colors around you. But you may also see a little bit of indigo too, if you don’t have a great as well because of the vibration of the third eye. However, all of your spiritual centers should be even and expanded..
