Confidentiality

Services are 100% Confidential and access to information can not be gained by any external party except by Releases to be signed by the client themselves electronically, or upon request by family member or loved one in the case of a client’s passing.

 

All emails sent to me are private. However, the contact or aka Booking page form sends all submissions to my inbox in which an executive assistant or Amber, may see your information based upon processing service requests.

DIstribution

Readings, and Sessions may not be shared or distributed, not by me, not by any clients together in exchange. No one may obtain files after a person's passing, except by legal right.

 

This is a personal, private practice. Spirituality is sacred, and one’s path has nothing to do with another’s as everyone has their own personal relationship with their spiritual team. If readings are shared beyond our client/mentor relationship, I may exclude you as a client for the intrusion of privacy to others, or our personal time together.

Creative Content

All readings are produced for you but owned by me as original content. My clients are private. People come to me for help and all of my social media sites are set up for me to engage with them. It is inevitable that they will engage with one another. Others have added my clients to their pages with the intention to gain more following for themselves, or create an echo room around me for censorship. If someone has added my followers in bulk, I may question it outside of the surface presentation, and I may delete and block parties, from my sites.

My portal where readings are uploaded, is solely owned by me,  Alura Cein and my technical expert. It is a platform for me to store the readings that I have created for you. However, it is there as a convenience for you to return and review your past services if needed.  I do not have access to the server. If there are any technical issues, please reach out and I will notify my expert.

Clients may be locked from accessing their portal profile if there has been conflict, or if the person did not seem to resonate in a healthy way with the information. Portal profiles may also be deleted if there are duplicates. Services may be removed for storage. Please download your services, as I am not responsible for providing copies. All portal profiles are locked for those who have passed away.

Payment Information

Alura does not have any access to your direct payment information and the site itself does not store the information once a payment is received. 

Refund Operations

​he refund policy states there is a no refund policy after 42 hours of your order’s submission, as half of the profits are under obligation to be donated to charity and many of the services are started already within a 42 hour time period of the order. I will not refund for psychic work that was already started or finished. This is a spiritual service not merchandise. I am a spiritual healthcare giver, and normal physicians do not give refunds, nor shall I. Additionally, if you receive a reading in a format that you did not wish for, I am not responsible for refund. In cases where more than the allowed number of the same reading is ordered without specification that they are for others, a refund for the additional will be issued. Please also note, if you do have any issues, there is no need to go to your financial institution or PayPal for relief. I am willing to work out the issues with you directly, should they arise, please simply reach out.

Payment Operation

​Payments are made directly through this site. If anyone claiming to be Alura ever reaches out receiving payments other than here or the familiar PayPal email that you have used at Alura.cein@gmail.com please do not proceed and be sure to contact Alura to report impersonation. However, Alura can not be responsible for situations that have happened like that, if you were a victim.
